Yeah, that's where I'm at with my Amiibo right now. I got it to level 50 then had to stop using it because I can rarely beat it.Opa Opa wrote:My amiibo's fighting skills have surpassed me. If it gets any better I'll deactivate it before it gets to HAL-level sentience.

The club nintendo offer for the soundtrack ends the 13th. You still have until the end of March for the Mewtwo dlc.

If you didn't claim it for some reason after you registered the second game you need to claim the CD on Club Nintendo by 1/14.Opa Opa wrote:The club nintendo offer for the soundtrack ends the 13th. You still have until the end of March for the Mewtwo dlc.

Already have! I haven't tested out any of the other characters to see how differently they handle. I mainly only played as Lucario, Little Mac, and Greninja anyway.
One thing I like that they've done is they really separated Lucario from Mewtwo, that was my biggest fear was that the characters would be too similar, and while their B-specials are identical, they're different enough for Melee fans to enjoy Mewtwo, he's very similar to Melee. (Disclaimer: Need to revisit Melee to accurately compare.)
I'm pumped for Lucas and the rumored Roy and Ryu as well.

Re: Super Smash Bros. Discussion
I recently received Smash Bros. Wii U (sealed) as a gift that I have not opened. I am not a big Smash Bros. fan and have considered selling the game. Do you feel that this latest entry in the series is better than the original, Melee, and Brawl? Is it good enough to convert someone who generally doesn't like fighting games and only passively enjoys Smash to one who enjoys playing? Sell or keep?
Edit: I also already own the original on N64, Melee, and Brawl.
