I have some Microsoft Currency to use that can almost buy me one game on the Xbox Live Marketplace. I was looking for a retro/retro-ish title to buy on the Xbox Live Arcade.
I was thinking of Mortal Kombat Arcade Collection or Metal Slug 3.
I'm leaning towards Metal Slug 3 because I have never played it, while with MK Arcade I've played them before.
But on the other hand, I never played Arcade Perfect ports of MK1, MK2, and UK3 on a console, so I was thinking I may just get MK Arcade and get the Metal Slug anthology on the PS2.
I'm open to other suggestions as well.
I have Microsoft Currency to use, which game should I get?

So 360? Did you ever play Braid, 'Splosion Man, or Limbo? Those were some of my favorite XBLA titles on 360.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

Here's some games 360 I actually paid money for and enjoyed:
Bangai-O, Scott Pilgrim, Charlie Murder, Mega Man 9-10, Radiant Silvergun, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, and State of Decay (aka "Grand Theft Zombie").
Ori and the Blind Forest looks extremely tempting on X1 as does the arcade mode DLC for Dead Rising 3.
I also have some credit, but I usually wait until there's a solid deal first.

Spelunky. If not Spelunky, Metal Slug.

I vote Metal Slug 3. I've only played the original Xbox version but it's so good.

Metal Slug Anthology is better bang for your buck. I would use the credit on something exclusive like Rez HD, Radient Silvergun, or Hydro Thunder Hurricane.
Edit: Forgot about Metal Slug XX, it is the console port of Metal Slug 7 and would be a good compliment to the anthology if you are getting that later.
