Yeah, a friend of mine works there (he's the one who told me it was only lasting a little longer than a week), and told me that, while Circuit City was still alive, there was an HD Plasma TV that was being sold for $700, then they dropped it down $600, and people still wouldn't buy it. First day of liquidation, the liquidators bumped it back to $900, plus ten percent off for a total of $810, and it got bought the first day.
It's a good thing that, with the economy the way it is, people are actually taking the time to shop around and look for the best deal. /sarcasm
I swear, I could sell toothpaste for $30 if I had big enough signs that said "DEAL! LIMITED TIME ONLY! WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!"
