 I think i need one of those now, would be nice if their pro one's had a firmware for r5...I like the look of that one better and the fact that it has two joysticks on it

My cartridge buying has gone up, not just GBA but also NES/SNES! I'm even looking at locally available FC and SFC imports now that I can.

Mine has dried up entirely for consoles unless I walk across something I'd like (very rare.) My buying went up in a burst the last month to get a lot of GB/GBC games, but that's tapering off as I need to attack the stack.

Attached are the Retron5 firmware for the pro and non pro 8bitdo controllers. All of them work great on my Retron5!

I've got to ask, what's the advantages of the 8bitdo anyway?

I have a Moga Pro for my android 7" tablet. And on the R5 I typically use the SNES Ascii pad controller for nes/snes/gb-anything stuff.

I mean isn't there some level of input lag on this being bluetooth?

Don't the X-Box One and PS4 use Bluetooth as their wireless controller protocol?

It is the least amount of lag I have ever experienced in a Bluetooth controller and by far better than the Retron5 controller. I have all three (NES30, NES30 Pro, SNES30) and the SNES30 is by far my favorite. I actually dont like the NES30 pro at all, the sticks feel like cheap versions of the vita analog nubs and buttons are too clicky. SNES30 Feels just like a brand new SNES controller, not too mushy like the USB remakes on Amazon.

Well I didn't know they had a pro NES one with sticks or a SNES one either, just the standard NES and FC30s.

Seems like a nice product, and unlike the moga, it's flat and easily slipped into a pocket.

PS4 yes, XB1 no.
