So the Sens just beat the Flyers and Hamburgled themselves a playoff spot.
Now it comes down to a Bruins/Sabres win. :|

I'm hoping that since the Sabres secured the bottom spot last night they'll really take it to the Pens in their last home game of the season. And if the Pens could go ahead and continue to shit the bed, that'd be great.

Meanwhile, the Bolts are gonna do all that they can to knock out the B's tonight so they won't have to face them in the first round...

I'll be getting myself through this evening enjoying a mason jar of Werther's Original-infused vodka :P

I unfortunately had to work that day (and work tonight too, so I'll be missing tonight's game as well)

Steven Stamkos has absolutely got to step up or else the Bolts aren't going to go anywhere. They'll be lucky to get past Detroit, but they'll be steamrolled by Montreal (...again) with Stammer not scoring. Absolutely needs to get it together.

Source: I'm a Bolts fan, this team has done better. Game 2 was perfect but that's about it.

Wild made it to round 2 today. So happy!

I'm hoping my Wings will do the same. No offense Josh, but I want Mrazek to shut out the Bolts again.

Detroit and Minnesota for the cup, I say - with Detroit bringing it home this year. <3

Down to the final 4,

Yeah, I am quite disappointed that the Wild got swept

But I do admit that the Wild are still short on talent to compete against the elites - real #1 Goalie (I am cautious about resigning Doobie), big centers (Kaptain and Granny are concerning), and blue-line experience.

Hawks vs Ducks and Bolts vs Rangers

Boy that is hard to pick a winner in the series, but I will go with Hawk and Bolts meeting for the Cup.

Two original Six'ers still in it :)

I also think it will be the Hawks and Bolts, but would rather see the Hawks vs. Rangers. I have usually enjoyed watching the Bolts, but I'm not a fan of the way the office runs things. The Hawks are well rested, possibly too well rested, but I think it's their championship to lose. They really have to screw the pooch to not win it this year.

Looking forward to seeing how the playoffs play out.

I personally think Bolts/Ducks, the Chicago D is a little beat up and I think the Ducks can capitalize.

I'm biased in the Bolts series, mainly because it's personal at this point (Thanks to Marty St. Louis but regardless...) so I really hope Tampa gets the win. Would do my heart good.

Jumping on the Bolts bandwagon for two reasons:
1. They knocked out the Habs.
2. Steven Stamkos.

Also, in case you missed it this funny thing happened:
