Can't really do Super Scope, don't have one and I don't have a compatible TVZiggy587 wrote:Maybe a video that covers the Super Scope? You could talk about the Super Scope itself, then review the compatible games (not a long list).SNESdrunk wrote:I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or requests?
Specifically 4 players? Or anything that's more than 2 players? Like Secret of Mana being 3 players, or the later Super Bombermans being 5 players.SNESdrunk wrote:there's also a 4-player games video coming as well
Yeah, 4 player video is pretty much anything more than 2 players. All five Super Bombermans, SoM/SD3, Street Racer, Saturday Night Slam Masters and like 6 or 7 others
Those will definitely happen at some point, I really like Phantom 2040 in particular, one of the best SNES licensed games. Haven't had a chance to play the Genesis version thoughAck wrote:I would love to see someone talk about Phantom 2040, Power Instinct, or WeaponLord.SNESdrunk wrote:I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or requests?

Re: SNESdrunk reviews
There's very little difference except the usual sound and color things, but they're so close to identical it comes down to console preference more than anything. If I had to nitpick I'd say the SNES has better music, but not by a big margin. The SNES has more colorful graphics but many of the level backgrounds are more detailed on the Genesis. The gameplay is exactly the same.SNESdrunk wrote:Those will definitely happen at some point, I really like Phantom 2040 in particular, one of the best SNES licensed games. It's worth noting that you definitely want a 6-button controller for the Genesis version or else you have to keep re-equipping your grappling rope thing.

Re: SNESdrunk reviews
This is one of those games that got away from me. I had every opportunity to pick it up when it was still affordable and always blew it off.

I just wanna chime in and agree with others a page back about your videos, I'm a big fan and this is one of the only threads I really try to keep up with here lately. They are very to the point and show both the good and the bad, and enough gameplay to perk my interest or nostalgia. Good voice, good points, good jokes without trying too hard, it all seems natural, informative, and good.
It's good stuff dude, keep it up!

1. Short and concise but covering all points.
2. No annoying funny voices or ADHD style Youtube humor. Maybe I'm just a crotchety old man with this one.
3. Well researched.
4. Great game selection, both popular and obscure titles.
5. Opinionated but in a fair and balanced way. Despite "SNES" being in the channel title there's no console bias.
