Dystopia is on Steam now! (Great HL2 mod.)

Anyone who has a source engine game can install this.



It was one of the first great total-conversations for HL2 and they've been hard at work on v1.2 for about a year.

In short, it's a cyber-punk setting, where players work together both in the real world, and in a virtual 3D internet world much like Rez, to fight the opposing team. It's very original.

I wondered if Dystopia was still around. It was a great game when I played it, when it was still Beta testing. I was a big fan of being an obscenely fast light character with a shotgun. I dropped entire teams like that for a while, heheh. Some good times.

Yeah I know. The game seems super hard until you find the select few weapons that work for you.
