I'm definitely on the look out for a big red. People 'round these parts tend to overvalue them though, so it may be a while. :(

Rot might be crazy, but he is a good guy. He and Big Bear helped me with a 4 slot throwing an weird error in the past.

This set would run you $900 retail. At $500 this is a killer starter set for someone who's been thinking about getting into CMVS:

I added a new NGPC console to my collection today (I already have 3!)

This one is the sleeker Japanese redesigned model with a slimmer build, keychain attachment and, best of all they finally redesigned the cell battery cover so it clips in place and doesn't unscrew itself during gameplay as it did with the original models.

This one was a little bit extra special though as it was also fitted with front-lighting by the seller.

So finally I can play my NGPC games in the dark or without having to sit directly under a light-source.

Of course, front lighting is not backlighting so you do get quite a bit of colour washout and it is akin to playing your game under lightly frosted glass but with no backlighting option available for the NGPC this is probably as good as it gets in terms of light solutions.

Thanks to Racketboy user Nyukki for using his Chinese skills to help me communicate with the modder in question.
