Have you ever drawn a game map?
Re: Have you ever drawn a game map?
No and honestly, I don't think that I'd ever be willing to make one. Even as a kid I never thought to draw a map. I just relied on my memory, to varying degrees of success. When I play a game, all I want to do is hold the controller/mouse/arcade stick. If a game benefits from having a map drawn, I'll just grab one from GameFAQs. I know I'm kinda shitting on the thread, but that's just how I feel about maps and video games.

Sure, I love seeing that stuffKey-Glyph wrote:Could we post any of that here? Maps, passwords, walkthroughs, drawings, and whatever from our baby days? I'd love to see other people's stuff, no matter what it is.
It's a real shame, because I've done a bit of this stuff myself. From memory, I mapped a bit of Zork before I got confused and relied on online maps and wrote a good chunk of a Gradius II walktrhough that I still want to finish some day.
I also had lots of scribbles of OpenTTD and A-Train scenarios but those weren't very good.
