I didn't try to name 5 because I'm not a big fan of Rareware, but Captain Skyhawk is absolutely one of my favorite NES games.

Captain Skyhawk is an unsought gem of a shooter on the system, just not in the top 5 for me is all unless someone makes another top5 for just NES Rare games then it's in.

I remember Captain Skyhawk. I feel like that and the Afterburner games were prepping me for the awesomeness that would be Starfox.

Last night, i played DKC3 (GBA) again. I forgot how great that one is! IMO, better than DKC2. They're both amazing titles, but i like the whole 'water' theme of DKC3 more.
Currently Playing: Hatsune Miku Project Diva F 2nd (PS3)

Man, I played the shit out of Super R.C. Pro-Am for the Game Boy. I need to check out the NES games sometime. I recently played Goldeneye for the N64 using a mouse on an emulator and was pleasantly surprised. Its style and simplicity made it more than worthwhile for PC FPS gamers. Why yes, I am plugging my review, thank you for noticing. :D

There's also a hacked version of the N64 emulator "1964" that allows Goldeneye to be played in true 60 frames per second. Perfect Dark is supported for this as well.

My list isn't a shock to many but dang it I love these 5 and they are in my top 20 best games I ever played.

5) Donkey Kong Country 2
4) Killer Instinct
3) Banjo - Tooie
2) Goldeneye
1) Conker's Bad Fur Day

I like to expand my list to 10 if I can. I just love Rare

10) Blast Corps
09) Jet Force Gemini
08) Battletoads
07) Viva Pinata Trouble in Paradise
06) Perfect Dark
