If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for that Sengoku 2? Thats a game I'd love to have mostly because it isn't on any of the multicarts but it just goes for way too much money imomjmjr25 wrote:This arrived today...(only Radirgy Noa, Sengoku 2, and Crows are mine; the rest i'm shipping out as part of a buy)

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
These are my finds south of the border! I usually buy my stuff in the US. But today was my day off so I went game hunting in Mexico. I Hit up the sobre-ruedas in Mexicali. It's like a traveling fleamarket. I got this stuff: two sony ps1 memory cards for $50 pesos [about $3.50 US]. Drakkhen SNES for $100 pesos[about $7.00 US], some new dvd movies still in their wrapper: killer elite, jack reacher, cloud atlas, and dark shadows, oh and alien trilogy ps1 (no manual) $190 pesos [$13.00 US] for all of them. As I was reaching the end, I found a guy with a whole bunch of bins. They were full of stuff, I pulled out some more nice stuff: a music cd, then Short circuit and From Paris with love on dvd. Then I found FIFA 2003 GameCube, SSX tricky GameCube, wii lego rockband, lemony snicket a series of unfortunate events xbox, Tony hawk's underground ps2 and backyard wrestling ps2. The guy sold me everything at $10 pesos each or $90 pesos [$6.00 US] for the lot. Not bad!

What are the GD Roms for the other people? Have you gotten into the Naomi GD stuff yet?mjmjr25 wrote:This arrived today...(only Radirgy Noa, Sengoku 2, and Crows are mine; the rest i'm shipping out as part of a buy)

There are SIX BookOff stores in Southern CA, one in New York and two in Hawaii. A ton in Japan and a three in France. Hopefully they will expand in the U.S.; such a great store with great quality control on any buybacks.RCBH928 wrote:@CRTGamer
You seem like you are the guy that gets the best of stuff at the best value, yet no one less shops at bookoff, how come?
I played a bit of the Xbox exclusive Grabbed By Ghoulies Rareware game and discovered its a Twinstick game. Though no Robotron, me likes!
@ flojocabron - You are always finding killer deals, nice to see the included picture in your finds!

Karous (Crows)
Shikigami no Shiro II
Chaos Field
I'm slowly dipping into GD-Roms myself.
@ninja - Sengoku 2 was $225. I broke down and just paid low market on it. The days of $150 finds are over - I think. There isn't a single copy on ebay, or in the JP shops currently (I had mine on "reserve"; so was emailed when one came in stock).
Even copies w/repro labels, no board pics...from Spain... are doing $180-200 at auction. The last GB I did in 2014 there was one copy available at $225 and it went to Bubba966, but there was a line half a dozen deep after him. I've only seen one legit one on ebay this year and it did $275.
tl;dr - $225, what I now consider low market on it.
Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Picked up all these great games, in good (for the most part) condition, for about $15 after I used my store credit.

Goals:
Complete N64 collection
Complete Dreamcast collection
Complete PS3 exclusives collection
I'm gonna need a bigger wallet.....

Goodwill - Earthworm Jim 2 (Sega Saturn) - $2
Pretty interesting find. I have it on the SNES so It will neat to see how the gameplay differs. This is also the first time I've ever found a Sega Saturn game at goodwill.
All I can say is check the CD racks!!

Earthworm Jim 2 on the Sega Saturn is by far the best version of the game, it is gorgeous and blows the SNES and Genesis versions out of the water.Soldier Blue wrote:Goodwill - Earthworm Jim 2 (Sega Saturn) - $2
