Account setup - sub 5 minutes
I am pretty sure that the install is 2 gigs.

Are you on DSL or hughesnet?

He doesnt have a kindle, stop joking around...

If it is Kindle compatible, the most uptodate Android version is 1.55GB (per my Galaxy S3).

Umm...

I have a router/modem combo. Router is connected to phone line. In house connections are wireless.

Blizzard is great about making sure downloads are able to withstand a lost connection, just start the download it will get there ... eventually.

Ok, i'm stuck on a screen just after "start installation"

It goes to a page with a bunch of random ads for Hearthstone, and on the bottom is I think the install progress bar which is repeating this message: Waiting on another installation or update...
i'm 80 minutes in and getting irritable

Ended up restarting the PC and then installing - it took 2 hours but it installed and i'm playing and...
i'm really good

phone line = DSL
hughesnet is a satellite service that is rubbish but the only thing some folks can get


So I have been playing online and quickly realized that I am not very good at the game. However, I got infinitely better when I just let the pc make my deck for me. I dont even look at it, it builds it, I go into battle. It means it is as new to me as it is to you. I won four in a row that way.

@noise at what point do I need to get to play against you or others? I could play at work one of these days at 4p or 5p PST that might be a more friendly time for you east coasters.
