Yes! Great game! I never beat it (I think it got to difficult...? ), but I played it a bunch.

Welcome then :D. I'm always curious to meet people who got into retro gaming for the games and not the nostalgia....we're kind of blinded by it :P

I was in a rush, so i didn't get a chance to respond to that second half.

I grew up a gen behind, so i do have nostalgia for some older games (Super Mario 64, Star Fox 64, and most Zelda games) also, my Nana has an NES at her house, and i remember going there and playing Mario brothers with my Dad, since i was 5. :D Heck, last time i was there, i played with my nephews and tought 'em some tricks. ;)
Currently Playing: Hatsune Miku Project Diva F 2nd (PS3)

I'm not too familiar with Banjo Kazooie (I've only played a bit of the original when it was at Target kiosks) and I've never played Nuts & Bolts. I was kinda taken aback when I saw the backlash against Nuts & Bolts. I saw my cousin derp around in it and thought it looked alright.

Sadly, I did not. I got my N64 for free from one of my Dad's customers (it came with Ocarina of Time, both Pokemon Stadiums, & Star Fox 64) but i was only 6 at the time so i didn't really have any money to buy it with.

I do, however, own the 360 version. I've played up to the final world, and almost beat it. Kinda forgot why i didn't though. It is an amazing game, and i love it and Nut's & Bolts almost equally. :D

Yeah, i've seen that vid. :D

I didn't like how half of the running time was focused on the old ones, and the history of them. I get that he was trying to show how much it burned a Banjo fan, and that's fine, but he didn't really leave any time to talk about the game, except for when he talked about how it should have been a platformer. :/

But yeah, i watched the video and than started replaying the game, due to how much the vid made me remember it.

As other's have said, this is mostly because it was promoted as pretty much a sequel and not the spin-off that it was.

If only I knew somebody who could lend me an xbox for this :(. I'm not willing to buy a console for only 3 games, 2 of which I could get on the N64
