Ugh, that damn frog. I liked the music, but I couldn't stand that asinine amphibian. I saw a YouTube video of the game. I don't think I'll be playing it.

As for my random thought:
I downloaded some demos from the Nintendo eshop and saw that they have a limited number of uses. What the hell is the point? Some of them have 30 uses while others have ten. The ones with 30 bemuse me as I highly doubt that anyone playing a demo 30 times would buy the full game. This limitation ends up being either being frustrating or arbitrary.

Well don't the sony demos(since I know they have them) use time limited version of that? Though granted the demo is what made me buy that Castle of illusion for 3ds  I guess it's nice if they have that if you want to play those parts again until you actually buy the game. Though of course Nintendo isn't know for making sense with this digital stuff that they've stayed pretty distant from until they launched the 3ds and wii u so I think they've got some learning to do about how to properly do trials and dlc(fire emblem may be their prime lesson right now)

Yeah it looks pretty terrible I couldn't pass it up though  .

Edit: I miss the age of physical demo discs. I pick them up whenever I find them.

I don't know since it's been a while since I've downloaded any demos on PSN. I remember Sonic Generations having a time limited demo, but those were quickly replaced with (what I assume is) normal demos.

I've owned a PS3 since 2008 and all demos have always been normal demos for me :S

Interestingly, the PS3 did have physical demo discs in Europe with their Official PlayStation Magazine, though I think they only did that for a short while.

I don't play demos due to their large size downloads. I really can't download 500mb of a game just to play 1 stage or something like that. I hear now they let you download the full game and lock everything extra, easier for them but heavier on the bandwidth

If it's something I'm already interested I think they can be pretty valuable. I'm not usually in a hurry to buy a $60 game but when I am it can validate my anticipation like with Arkham Asylum. It's also saved me a ton of money. I couldn't wait for Resident Evil 6 and Destiny until I played the demos.......
