Dude, I live here, and I've never even heard about this before. Of course, I neither watch or pay attention to sports unless the Olympics is on, so take that how you may.

A quick search suggests that those images are from the Legends Football League, formerly known as the Lingerie Football League (for obvious reasons). The pages for the other US women's leagues off the Wikipedia page don't have any corresponding pictures of the players, so I'm going to assume all their participants are fully clothed.

Yeah, I don't think it's a very popular thing here, Zero. Probably something they throw on cinemax late night or some cheesy ppv. Either way, if you are liberal, you might agree that these ladies making the choice to play sports in a bikini is not that much different from the men and ladies of our "wrestling" who are basically in underwear. Or even MMA, which is a full contact sport to beat the hell out of each other, featuring outfits such as tiny shorts (both men and women) and sports bra tops.

I guess I don't see the big deal. Just don't tune in my man. For the record, I wont be tuning in either, but those ladies might be paying for college, who knows?

Usually people actually punch each other in a fight, no? And after ten rounds the fighters are usually pretty beat up and barely have the energy to even stand?

I didn't watch the fight, but a friend of mine did and said "I might as well have paid a hundred bucks to watch an hour of hop scotch".

One great thing about v-neck shirts is that if you put it on backwards, you automatically realize it.

Why a man my age, or any man would wear a shirt with a plunging neckline is somewhat baffling, but I guess it is better than wearing a henley.

I cannot stand v-necks.

I find them uncomfortable, and they look stupid on a guy.

Did people actually think it would be a slugfest? Has he ever watched a mayweather fight? He out boxes people and avoids being hit, that's what he does plain and simple. That's one reason why i just found a stream

Yes. People thought they would see boxers boxing. Yes. People know Mayaswellbedancing is better suited for the WWE than actual boxing. I didn't expect an actual fight, but a bunch of ass hats got suckered into thinking a fight may actually break out.

My hat is off to these dudes as they suckered a bunch of idiotic dolts into spending money to watch to guys way past their prime to throw rabbit punches. I remember when people would lose their shit because they paid $100 for a ppv to see Tyson knock someone out in thirty seconds. ..

Give me that! I'll take a straight whuppin' over two dudes prancing around a ring like they were at a dance recital.

Boxing died in the late 80's. Well, "Pro-Boxing" died in the late 80's.

Remember the movie MYSTERY MEN? When all superheros had sponsors and every fight was set up only for entertainment? That's what we have now with boxing, except the entertainment.

I say this without any sarcasm: The National Spelling Bee is way more entertaining than any boxing match I've seen in the past decade. Hands down.

I'm glad I did not watch the fight. Instead I hung out with my baby and watched Deadliest Catch.

With V-necks, I know why people wear them, although I don't agree... Androgyny is popular and is considered attractive. People love men who have a shaved chest and wear lady clothes. We are talking skinny jeans with no pockets, plunging necklines and lots of hair/neck accessories. Nothing wrong with their decision to do it, but not anything I would do. I'm a hairy guy and happy about it!

I get what you are saying/typing, but for the first time in my life I have a well defined chest and V-necks are kind of a "Look at me" type of thingy.

And it is weird putting on a plum colored v-neck shirt, but apparently it's something sassy.

If I had the keys to the car I wouldn't wear anything, but my wife and neighbors frown upon that.

Wow, somebody actually thought the lingerie league was serious? That's like thinking the XFL was serious.

And Pacquiao tried. He didn't do as well as he normally does and just couldn't get in the hits. Don't blame him for it.
