Ugliest "Greatest Hits" packaging?

Over in the deals thread I mentioned grabbing a copy of Revenge of Shinobi in the black Genesis case. I was glad because I had the Sega Classic version which I really hate since the original Genesis boxes were so nice. What Greatest Hits-type packaging can you just not bring yourself to buy/be happy with?

I LOVE the existence of Greatest Hits games.

I know many collector's hate 'em but when I hear a game has a Greatest Hits release I think "yay more copies of it exist!"

I am not a huge fan of "greatest hits" titles, and I tend to avoif buying them. Sometimes, however, the "greatest hits" version of a game contains materials unavailable elsewhere, and I will buy them. (For example, I have the "greatest hits" versions of Mortal Kombat Trilogy (PS1), Resident Evil: Director's Cut (PS1), Silent Hill 2 (PS2), Virtua Fighter 4 (PS2), and Fable (Xbox), and I will probably track down the "greast hits" versions of The Lost World: Jurassic Park (PS1), Star Ocean: Til the End of Time (PS2), and Fabel II (360).)

I agree that the cases are generally pretty ugly, however. The PS2 cases are OK:

I hate most greatest hits packaging. The only ones that I can think of that I don't mind so much are the SNES and N64 boxes that simply put the players choice best seller ribbon on the box. Those are not so obnoxious that they ruin the uniformity of a collection.

Nintendo did alter the label on its "player's choice" carts, however. (Usually, the label has a little seal or ribbon on it indicating that it is a "player's choice" title.) Since I am extremely picky, I purged all of my "player's choice" games a few years ago, and it took me a little while to re-acquire original versions. (I only picked up a clean "black label" copy of Super Mario Kart last month.)

They also change the color of the bar in the upper right side of the label sticker. It's usually red for first party releases, gold for Player's Choice releases, and purple for third party releases. There are a few exceptions, such as Street Fighter Alpha 2 and Killer Instinct, but these were used as pack-in games for certain Super Nintendo bundles.

This, I can stand ps2 and ps3(since those are most of the only ones I have), but psx, what were they thinking? I love green(it's my favorite color) but that is the single most ugliest shade of green ever invented
