I swear some of those threads (like Lunar, in addition to SoM) are "Bone plays an RPG while everyone else comments about how they enjoyed it 10 years ago."

Haha, actually it was 2 years ago for me. But yes, I am one of these people, as these days I'm really only playing SNES or PC games that I have not beaten. If we manage to bring in more of those, I'll be all over it, just like I was with Shadowrun.

I have fired up Secret Of Mana twice this month. Both times I got bored before I even found a spot to save the game. :\

no. I don't know what it is, but I'm struggling to find it appealing. And I want to like it. I loved Final Fantasy Adventure. Though I found Sword Of Mana pretty meh in comparison.

That's fine, I'm just surprised. Like you I always listed LttP among my favorites, and as a kid I was thrilled to discover SoM because it was like I had finally found another similar game.

I'm surprised too. I generally like games of this nature. Who knows, maybe I'm just "not in the mood" right now. I'll leave it on my Shield in case the mood hits me to give it another shot. I realize that 15 minute bursts are not exactly giving it a fair chance...
