So what have you guys been watching lately?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I just started season 3 of Grimm, and I don't feel like much has changed since the very first season. It's still got this annoying case of the week formula, and I still find Monroe (and his girlfriend) pretty much the only reason to watch the show.

Supernatural kind of sucks now, or at least it did last time I watched it (the 200th anniversary episode), but at least its first five seasons were great. And Sleepy Hollow's first season was better than everything I've seen from Grimm so far (I won't say much about their second season though...)

I guess when you get right down to it, no network supernatural show will ever match Buffy/Angel

Now cable channels on the other hand, I hear good things about Penny Dreadful and the first 2 episodes I saw were interesting.

John Noble (Henry/Jeremy) in Sleepy Hollow is basically the Munroe (ie. "the reason to watch"). Sleepy Hollow also does the monster of the week though, so I'm not sure why you'd like it any better if that's what you're hung up on. I'm more interested in Grimm so far but I've yet to finish S2 of Sleepy Hollow so maybe it improves towards the end of the season?

Confirmed, no stunt double

With my NetFlix back I'm catching up on Orange is the New Black, and I'm currently 4 episodes from finishing the second season.

Also renewed my Hulu Plus and caught up on some episodes of The Middle.

I'm having trouble keeping up with it all ha ha. It is nice to have more of this stuff now

Talking about comic stuff I just discovered this was on netflix:

Freaking awesome, now if the other animated stuff from that era is on there I'll be happy. Missed watching this stuff. (if only that thing with disney and netflix meant things like ducktales, gooftroop, and rescue rangers was coming there too since they've neglected to add it to something like itunes  )
