All journeys must come to an end, so it was finally time to fly my spaceship back to my home planet. I had a lovely time on Earth, so I wanted to send you all these postcards from another world.

It always feels good to come back home.

To see your castle sitting on the horizon

To see the old familiar sites

To be back among your people

And to feel welcome

I am home.

A local arcade I go to was once a satellite location of New Hampshire's famous Funspot when it opened in 1983, and until it changed ownership in 1988. In preparation for a new future paint job, you can see the old Funspot underneath.

We've decided to try to hit up all the National Parks, so we're traveling a little bit of everywhere at the moment. Next year our goal is to head to Washington and Oregon to visit Rainer, North Cascades, Olympic and Crater Lake since they're all so close together. Might even try to go to Redwood while we're up there.

I would really like to see more of the Northeast. Especially some time in the fall. I've never gotten the chance to personally experience anything close to the seasonal fall foliage that's up there.

Those are nice, Michi, but I keep getting the creeping feeling that there is some kind of homeless-looking old man with a bushy beard who will sneak up on me and then rant about Ys until I die of fright in each of those photographs...

My parents own a mountain house on the Appalachian mountains, and my Father decided to purchase what my Mother calls a "Bigfoot Cam"that is triggered by movement. They were able to capture some backyard buddies:
