I seem to recall her taking a stance similar to Jack Thompson's sometime last decade.

You're a liberal uni professor right? Do they even bother giving you the republican party as a option in the voting booth?dsheinem wrote:She may get my vote after all.

I've voted for both Republicans and Democrats for pretty much every level of office there is (including President).ZeroAX wrote:You're a liberal uni professor right? Do they even bother giving you the republican party as a option in the voting booth?dsheinem wrote:She may get my vote after all.

She is running for President?
This shows some people are just hungry and addicted to power. After 8 years of being the 1st lady reached the old age of 67,and most likely 40 years in politics you think she will quit and enjoy the rest of her life in peace.

Meanwhile, President Obama has admitted he's not very good at video games, mainly after the Polish government gave him a copy of The Witcher. Obama has even urged kids to "put down the Game Boy." I guess he meant Hilary.

You don't rise that high in politics without a taste for it.RCBH928 wrote:dsheinem wrote:She may get my vote after all.

Plus, 1st Lady isn't really a position of power. You're basically there to supplement the President's administration.

It was supposed to be "her turn" until Barack Obama came along. There's really no love lost between the Clintons and the Obamas. Friends close and enemies closer and all that.
She's definitely got a taste for it, though.

And a knack for it, too. Some folks get a taste for the power but don't respect the workings. Those are the ones I worry about.Sarge wrote:She's definitely got a taste for it, though.

Well, maybe she's got a knack for playing the political game, but I'm not sure she's actually achieved anything of significance.marurun wrote: And a knack for it, too. Some folks get a taste for the power but don't respect the workings. Those are the ones I worry about.
