So hopefully I'll actually get these, and he'll knock the shipping down like he said. Anyway, decided to get in on some legit Super Famicom action, and ordered the following carts:
Dragon Quest I & II / V / VI
Romancing SaGa 1/2/3
Emerald Dragon
Mystic Ark
Burning Heroes
Front Mission: Gun Hazard
Heracles no Eikou III
Bahamut Lagoon
FEDA: Emblem of Justice
Shin Megami Tensei II
Silva Saga II
Most of these have translations, of course. I think the only ones that don't are the first two RS games. Should be interesting. If the reduced shipping kicks in, I'll have these for about $65-70.

Picked up Puzzle Quest 2 for the DS for $5. I like the gameplay as I suspected I would, but surprised at the low grade graphics and interface. Seems like a lazy effort.

Re: Games Acquired 2015
Just snagged a copy of Skylanders: Trap Team for 360. Paid $7.50 for it, $3 for a resurface that I hope actually works. I was planning on trading in, but GS only gives like $5 for the game, and I'm not sure how much for the figures.
Eh, if it doesn't work out, no biggie.

Trap Team really is an excellent game - ton of play and replay value. The challenges are not very hard for a seasoned gamer - but it gives the young ones fits at times. I love the melee battles.
The Kaos trap is back in stock across the country and can be had for $6 again (got mine Saturday).

And it does work. Man, that resurfacing machine works wonders. Took two passes at it, though. Glad to have somewhere close that can do that.
Re: Games Acquired 2015
If you buy a lot of used disc based games just grab one of these they are a solid investment. Had mine for 2-3 years now and it's saved tons of my discs.Sarge wrote:And it does work. Re: Games Acquired 2015
What kind are you using? This one is rather pricey, not sure it'd be worth it. I'd love to own one, though. I mean, this thing is good enough that you can't even tell it's been resurfaced in most cases.
