It's nice collection, but Metal Slug 2 and X look like either conversion carts or more than likely Shockboxes with MVS carts because the Slug series started in 96 when SNK started to use the Snap-lock cases. All the Slug releases are in Snap-lock cases. Same with the Waku Waku 7, and that was a JPN only release. Nice pics though, nice collection.

do you actually HAVE time to play all these games, or ever did during your lifetime?
I don't think there is even enough time to go through them checking them what these games are about

This is correct. Most of those games are MVS carts, not AES. I have the AES but I also have the AES to MVS converter. In addition I have a consolized MVS that I got so the games would be 100% compatible.

I am a "collector" and a "player" and with a full time job I don't have the time to play all the games I own. However I enjoy collecting and I try to play as often as possible. I will only play one game at a time though and I like long RPG's so I only play 2-3 games a month.

If you check out lowes and possibly home depot they have separate parts that you can buy to build your own stands however you want. There's different sized pipes to have them at different heights and all kinds of shelves, kind of like tinker-toy shelving. Works well since different systems need different amounts of space.

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

2-3 games a month is a lot,
I wish I can play that much

I am more like 1 game a month or less
because getting stuck at some place makes me frustrated
I can't fight the same boss or play same devil for 3 hours at one sitting
