Yes. I totally get preferential treatment, but decent service and getting your butt kissed are two separate things. Some GameStop employees have given me games for free and call me when games are below cost. I don't expect it, welcome it, but certainly wouldn't be pissed if I thought I was a "preferred customer".
Not a fan of people who have an attitude for no reason though. And he did not follow store policy when answering the phone...
