I don't watch baseball really, but supposedly the Mariners are going to be good this year? Boy that felt weird to type, was it weird to read?

You don't like taking your DS to the baseball game and have it feed you real-time stats and trivia games? They do still do that don't they?Stark wrote:I don't watch baseball really, but supposedly the Mariners are going to be good this year? Boy that felt weird to type, was it weird to read?

They're owned by Nintendo, so I wouldn't be surprised.
Also, yes, the Mariners are supposed to be quite good this year - they almost got into the playoffs last year, and should be right there again this time around.

Carter Capps seems to be cheating.
Re: MLB 2015 Thread
Last night I attended a Braves game against the Phillies. Braves shut them out entirely, 9-0. Shelby Miller had an absolutely great game, and Chad Billingsley had a rough start back to the majors, but gotta give the guy credit for coming back at all.
I also saw a lady take a line drive in the face. She didn't duck in time. That was...that was painful to look at.

That's half the fun of the game, the danger.Ack wrote:Last night I attended a Braves game against the Phillies. Braves shut them out entirely, 9-0. Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Yeah, and I was sitting right over the Phillies' dugout. Every left-handed player smacked a foul ball right into my area. There was a lot of ducking while I was enjoying my beer.Flake wrote:That's half the fun of the game, the danger.Ack wrote:Last night I attended a Braves game against the Phillies. I'm always scared of that. Luckily, the games I've been to, I've been a little further out down the line, so I get slightly more time to react!Ack wrote: Yeah, and I was sitting right over the Phillies' dugout. Those seats sound awesome, though.
