My brother left the hustle and bustle of Wichita, and came down to my house to have a good time. What we ended up doing for the better part of the weekend was:

NES: Monopoly, Contra, Super C
we kicked each others asses several times in monopoly ( i went bankrupt, then he did, so on so fourth)
we beat contra in less than 20min, which to both of us was an all time record. (although we did use the 30 lives cheat)
got halfway through super C, and realized how out of practice we both where to the NES.

we played the ps3 for the most part, but when we needed a break from fragging, we played the nintendo, and man let me tell you we had a BLAST! We are both trying to plan when we can do it again.

basically what i am getting at is that i played those games off and on throughout the weekend, then monday i get back to work, and all i wanna do is GAME GAME GAME!! How many other people out there are compulsive gamers??

Sounds like a great time. Personally, 95% of my game time is with other people. Our gaming session last weekend consisted mostly of shmups; Otomedius G, Raiden Fighters Aces, Soldner X, and of course, Cho Aniki for the PS2.

Also spent some time with run n' guns; assault heroes and commando 3.

this past "superbowl weekend" ive been playing COD: WAW and Skate 2 on PS3 and TONS of dreamcast/saturn/N64 with my buddy, that consisted of SF III:THird Strike, KOF Evolution, NBA Jam TE, Marvel Vs Street FIghter, Killer Instinct Gold, im about to do the same when i get home

A friend and I just played around 8 hours of Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles for the GameCube over the weekend.

haha, yea it was a really good time, the first game, i had all the railroads, then i got 3 of them in the game after that, then we both had two of them, it was pretty cool. i think it was the weekend before last, i was playing Sid Meier's Pirates! on the psp, and that game is ridiculously addictive. sailing to the different islands, taking over the spanish ships. i spent two hours at what i thought was 30min, lol. but that is the same with any game for me really, if i really get into it, it seems like playing for 30min is actually a 2 hour time span.
