I was let in on the joke once I explained to Mike that I figured out P of K had been forged (likely by fast).

Here's how I explained it to noise:

I think fast went back in time on the backend of the forum to create an account and post with it. I certainly didn't recall the poster, and I am not sure if he ever existed in any form or fashion before the prank started. Plus, he had a MST3K related name.

If you check that user's posts on the forum you'll see that he posted back in 2008 and what not. But...the WayBack Machine shows that some of those threads weren't there in 2008. It also show some of those forum sections weren't there either. If you Google some of the exact phrases from those old posts they don't come up, which means Google hasn't grabbed the posts yet...which means they are newer.

Phantom was a guy who I apparently met at a convention many years ago. He was on the site a very long time ago and I honestly had forgotten about him until he messaged me about Kals post about Mikes collection. I would say he is pretty serious. Ohwell, cant please them all.

Uh, if he was here in 2008 I couldn't find any evidence to that fact other than by searching the forum here...which can of course be tinkered with.
