The body is weird.

I've slowly but surely moved into the camp that hates overcleaning and washing. I feel my body is worse off when I do.

Quitting antiperspirant was a bitch. Took about a month before my body calmed down.

I can go about a day or two without deoderant without smelling. I don't think I'll ever get rid of that completely.

I try to only wash my hair with shampoo once every other day.

I've moved to goats-milk bar soap for everything. My skin feels great.

Every day I also try to run around naked if at all possible.
