Fair. I did say "off the top of my head" and I never got heavily into PS1 gaming.

And, amusingly enough, my one buddy who DID beat MGS around launch was a ridiculous enough button masher that he claims (I didn't watch him do it) to have beaten him without using the Player 2 "trick"

This beserker packin' man and a half is a 12.0 on the 10.0 mscale of badness. He can run at around 60 mph while wearing armor and carrying several heavy weapons. He's destroyed Hell. Multiple times in fact! Don't cross this man, or he will rip and tear your guts out. Here comes the night train!
