Need advice, I possibly got scammed CL

I bought a PS4 Wednesday night on craigslist. It was listed on the Indianapolis CL ad I text the person. They told me they were in Maryland until the 8th. So I said, can I send you money over Paypal?

They said use google wallet, which I'm not too familiar with, but I was able to pay her with my debit card. So she sold it to me for $250. I paid and she said she would send a tracking number after she left fedex.

It's now Friday and I have no tracking number still....
She keeps saying she is so busy but she paid for my package to arrive Friday morning by 10:30. She keeps repeating this.

Now it is 5 PM and I have no package or tracking #.

I just text her and her exact quote was

"you're going to owe me an apology when you get your stuff. I'm working and haven't had time to send you the number."

What do I do? She can't take 10 seconds out of her day to send me a picture text?

I think this is BS and I'm worried pretty hardcore.

I don't know what sort of protection Google Wallet might have since I've never used it. Craigslist has none though. Other than advising to only deal locally in person, dunno what to say.

I filed a dispute to get a refund. I'm really bummed out.

yeah you got scammed. never send people money on craigslist unless it's from your hand to theirs and you immediately get the item.

who the heck would send money to some random stranger on craigslist? Sorry this happened to you, but man that was really foolish
