I am wondering if there is anywhere that I can a shell for my SMS. My case was in poor condition when I bought it; it was severely damaged and held together mostly with tape. While the cracked case isn't too much of a problem, almost all of the standoffs are broken, which makes disassembly, maintenance, and reassembly a nightmare.
What I'm looking for is a way to give my system structural integrity; I don't really care about the condition of the case, as long as it is structurally sound. (I would also, be willing to buy from someone on the site, but I'll wait a little while for advice before posting on Buy/Sell/Trade).

It's not entirely clear what your asking for. Are you trying to find a broken Master System for a replacement shell?

Sorry, I wan't quite sure how to word it to be clear. Basically I am trying to find the cheapest way to get a replacement housing for my SMS.samsonlonghair wrote:It's not entirely clear what your asking for. Are you trying to find a broken Master System for a replacement shell?

Buy a system that doesn't work but has a solid housing. Then transplant. That's probably the cheapest way. I'm not sure there's a big market for aftermarket SMS shells.

Exactly. Look for a Master System that doesn't work, but has a nice shell. Take the shell off of that Master System, and put it on your Master System.
