Re: Games Acquired 2015
After a slow February into mid March, business has been picking back up - especially thanks to the recent flash sale. I'm still charting each $ I spend this year and offsetting with other sales. Have a couple to make end-of-month here to keep things at $0.00

Re: Games Acquired 2015
When I was a kid I absolutely adored a Windows 95 pack-in game called Chip's Challenge.
A few years ago I wanted to see if a physical version existed and was shocked to see that the game was originally released on the Atari Lynx and a bunch of 8-bit computers before it made its way to Windows.
Anyway, last week I ordered a $7 copy from an Amazon seller. It was part of a larger order and I honestly didn't pay much attention to the listing. Got the game today: it's sealed and even has the little hanger tag still on it!
Now his isn't some huge deal - eBay searches confirm that $7 is about the going rate for a complete game... I'm just excited to get a complete copy of something I figured would be cart-only (card-only?). This is also the first time I've ever seen a Lynx box/manual.

I loved that game too. Nice to see someone else mention it. A friend from college and I still reminisce about it from time to time.BoneSnapDeez wrote:When I was a kid I absolutely adored a Windows 95 pack-in game called Chip's Challenge.

Re: Games Acquired 2015
Well this was an interesting month.
I bought Valkyrie Profile from a member here on the 1st or 2nd. That killed my typical monthly gaming budget.
But then I got my tax return and went a little crazy...

Just received SNK Arcade Classics 0 from Korea about an hour ago. The seller included a packet of sunflower seeds. I won't complain.

I've gotten an origami samurai helmet, candy, and tea before from eastern sellers. I've also had patterned tape before. The last like that was brown and white pinstriped.BoneSnapDeez wrote: Just received SNK Arcade Classics 0 from Korea about an hour ago. The seller included a packet of sunflower seeds.
