There was an update which extended the main game and also added new daily pokemon to the roster.

So I'm on level 105 and have been enjoying it. It is a nice distraction when I have a few minutes to just mess around with.

Best combo so far? 51. Was kind of crazy.

The stage started into this combo, I never made a move.

I am up to Stage 160, to catch some Pokemon now is really becoming repetitive / "give us some money", with there 5% base chance, etc.

I'm having a nightmare of a time with Onix. I can't even take out much more than half his health bar :(

Yeah I sat on Onyx for like 3 or 4 cycles of 5 lives (so used like 20 hearts), Play the EX stages and get Pokemon that will be sure effective against him, don't know if it just timed up well but I did that then beat him in two or three shots (and caught the bastard so I don't need to go back).

So the Mega Blastoise competition ended and I was in the top 20,000 with my score, giving me the mega stone for him. He is definitely a good choice for your mega slot as he clears a lot of area.

I've almost caught all of the expert stage pokemon, except for a small handful that give me a genuine challenge in even catching let alone completing.

Amount spent = $0

Needs to be on the box. Oh wait, it's digital.

I share this same sentiment. Haven't played in a while, but I will certainly be jumping back into it, and onto the toilet!

Teester, it's way mo bettah than Candy Crush.

I haven't really bothered with the Legendary stages, are there some tricks to it, or does it really come down to your leveled Pokémon?

A lot of the legendaries give you a small time window to beat them. For instance, with Raikou and Entei and Suicine, you have roughly 15 seconds to beat them. Their base percentage rate of catch is 1% and you get roughly 25% for 3 seconds left, 45% for 5 seconds etc. So a bit of repetition is needed to catch them. I didn't have any really special pokemon to beat them, but they definitely helped immensely when playing Mega Blastoise, since the competition was solely based on score.

So now with a baby in tow, I have a very small window to play anything and Pokemon Shuffle is a great way to get some time in to play something. Been playing the new safari mode and have had a lot of success. Broke my combo record and hit a nice even 100 combo. Yay! Now if only I could sleep!
