I somehow missed that they put out a new one last year ("IX"). ST&C is still the best in their discography, but they've had a string of really solid albums the last 3-4 years. I'll have to pick it up soon.

I doubt it, but possibly. They have been around for ~20 years. Source Tags and Codes was one of the best-reviewed albums of the last decade, though I don't know that it sold more than 150,000 copies based on some quick Wikipedia searching. I think their full oeuvre is worth digging into, as even their less well-reviewed albums are interesting.
