I'm actually surprised by this, as it was the first SHMUP I ever 1CCed(yes, despite all this back and forth, I have actually gotten a couple of 1CCs on SNES shmups), and I thought it was considered quite easy. Question: If you build a run using save states then is that considered a 1CC since it will say you got the ALL, or is it considered credit-feeding? I mean you wouldn't be using continues.
