FE: Awakening and Hotel Dusk.
Hotel Dusk's story still has me wanting to finish it, but I'm encountering more and more annoyances those old point & click PC games had. Things like "Wait really? That's a game over?" and "Um ya using that item on that thing barely makes any sense and no one would ever try that in real life".
What are you playing?

Dragon Ball Xenoverse.
This game is so-so at best...but I am so insanely addicted that my relationships with all those around me may be in danger.

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I concur with this. I was really into this game for a bit. I eventually lost interest due to those reasons. It also seemed like certain parts really dragged in order to artificially extend the game time.Snatch1414 wrote:FE: Awakening and Hotel Dusk.

Re: What are you playing?
I for one beat Hotel Dusk without needing a walkthrough. As far as adventure games go it's pretty easy honestly. I'll admit the pacing is languid, but I kind of enjoyed that aspect about it. The sequel Last Window is much more linear and a bit faster paced, so you may enjoy it more in that regard.
Not trying to be polemic, it's just Hotel Dusk is my all time favorite adventure game so I have to play devil's advocate for it by proxy.

PLAY KING'S FIELD.
Re: What are you playing?
Just had the funniest thing happen on the sims wanted to see what happened if I had an affair/child with someone in another country. So I get back from china and see the resulting child is already in my relationship window and yet the spouse in town hasn't reacted but she also is at work so I decide to wait a bit. Well work ends and yet she is still a no show so I start to go back to my previous save when suddenly the creepy gnome music box in my sim's kids room. Needless to say that thing is creepy as hell like I figured when I bought it, but it was even more disturbing to hear it go off by itself.
So creeped out I clicked on my spouse sims icon to see where she is
. Sure enough she has glitched and gone invisible and now all she does is play with that creepy old music box. It's the funniest thing I have ever seen happen in a Sims game it's like she is haunting the house
. It's even funnier when you make her eat and her invisible character model freaks out and the food just bounces around the floor while she moves.

Castlevania - Bloodlines via emulation on my psp. Not far into it yet, but already noticed the controls seem a lot tighter than other Castlevania games of that era.

I have been playing WAY too much Marvel Puzzle Quest and Knights & Dragons on my iPhone. I am a little sad with myself.

Oh yeah I never feel like I'm completely stuck and I picked it up again due to someone on here praising it a lot a litte while back, so that may have been you. Definitely not hard, just a handful of times I was like *sigh* ok what is the game wanting me to do here.Exhuminator wrote:I for one beat Hotel Dusk without needing a walkthrough. Playing Majora's Mask, in the Snow level. I'm "this" close to grabbing a walkthrough. Not because I'm super stuck per se, I just know it's gonna take longer than it should. Are some of the fairies unattainable the first time through this because I see a couple that I have no idea how to get.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.
Re: What are you playing?
I beat he snow level, but I think I better look up how to get the fairies. It's not clear to me how to get them. I have 10 so far and know where like 3 others are, but not how to get them.
