*AHEM* Ok, now that we got that out of the way, I am not having any issues at all with this game in MAME 0.159 this time around. Between the time we did Muchi Muchi Pork and this, I have a better laptop now. These SH3 games can be rough on older equipment. If you got a speed setting that's working for you, remember it for Pink Sweets, another SH3 game coming soon.

I'm just glad my intro post for this month didn't get rolled back. I'm ready for this.

Looks like I need to do a little better. I like this and the gem system, the counter color is a visual clue to get even more. Stage 3 at this point is a bit of a sensory overload.

My maniac run I played much better than my original run. I don't understand scoring on maniac I think...because it sure felt like the score was gonna be higher. No missed / no bombed 1 and 2, got owned on stage 3. Died twice on way to boss, bomb spammed the boss but died 3rd death on final form.

Remembering my old strat from Mushihimesama...play a few runs on Ultra (PB, got to stage 2 boss) then switch to original.

Good improvement but still stuck on st. 4 boss:

These are the gaming experiences that make the hobby worthwhile.

This game is just amazing on all levels.

I'm finally understanding things better and the game is just becoming so much more enjoyable.
