Didn't the 1st party ones start coming with a "transformation" D-Pad? I never tried one, but I heard they were decent.

Otherwise you can always get one of those adapters that lets you use a PS3 controller on you 360.

you could get one of these if you want a clicky NGPC-type dpad.

The Hori Gem Pad EX and the Power A Mini Pro EX have decent d-pads. They're wired and a little on the small side, though.
