I was able to grab one. Pro tip: use the Page Monitor addon for Chrome to monitor changes on the checkout page in the background. It notified me when it saw that, after it checked, the "out of stock" notification had gone away and I was able to scoot in and grab one.

Yep. I snagged one too. Looks like they're out of stock again, though. That was fast. I was trying to get two in case anyone else here wanted one, but it would only let me order the one. Something about 'you have reached maximum capacity for this item.' So either my browser fritzed, or they're limiting the pre-orders. Good for me, bad for reseller or collectors who want more than one.

All those Amiibos over around $20 shipped on ebay should be spammed with offers of that and no higher.

I'm trying to find a few for myself just for my work/home desk here and it's awful. There's one in particular I'd want also for the actual game funtionality, Shulk and that's just a bitch and I refuse to pay $30+ for it. Starfox is another I want since I love the game so much, it's around that mark so I could get lucky at least at $20 shipped. Kid Icarus I'd like along with Captain Falcon and Little Mac and holy crap those suck. I just hate people who buy up new retail stuff like this in bulk to pull it off the market just to fuck other people but in a way it's Nintendo's fault too for not stocking more to fill demand.

I'm in no hurry though. I do have Mega Man and Toon Link here, that's why I kind of asked about them as far as function goes. I love the shine on Mega Man my overhead LED light catches.

I feel kind of dirty. But I picked up 3 amiibo's yesterday at Meijer's. Wasn't hunting, but saw that they had King Dedede, Sonic, and Mega Man and couldn't resist picking them up as trade bait. However, I did leave behind plenty for other local gamers to find. Even put in two calls to guys I know that collect to give them a heads up. So I feel like the karma will all balance out.

You are from Michigan because you make stores possessive, which stems from Ford's Car Company. People worked at Ford's plant and it was such an indelible mark on the state that everything is possessive like Meijer's. It is ok though. I do it too... and am darn proud of it, but curse those people who say they go to Target's!
