Custom arcade stick

This is my first arcade stick made out of a $2 Playstation (non analog) controller,it took me a couple of weeks to do.My original idea was to make it out a Sega Genesis controller,but I decided to make it out of a PS controller since it their was a lot of adapters available.I tried to make a box,but it didn't turn out right so I just bought a CD storage box,it looked more professional.I was going to use a Happ competition stick,but the spring is way too stiff and not as comfortable to play 2D Fighters with.I drew the artwork and had it laminated,I know that The Punisher & Blanka weren't in the MvC games,but they should of been and who doesn't like The Punisher.

Arcade parts used:
-1 Sanwa JLW 8-way arcade stick
-7 Happ convex pushbuttons
-7 Cherry micro switches

Did you use any sort of guide? I've been planning on doing something very similar myself using this http://wrongcrowd.com/arcade/joystickp1.shtml but I was a little hesitant, having had very little experience with that sort of thing.

That website is ok,but I used this one and has the diagrams and has all the information you need it even shows how to build the box,which isn't that hard,but it's hard for me because I don't have the right tools. I will probably do another one later,but a custom box when I get the right tools.
