You don't bother meeting new people. You don't take care of yourself. You irradiate desesperation and self-loathing. I mean, you realize that ugly people get laid, right? That they fall in love and have relationships and are happy. That you are the exception. Go to a polyamory forum or a BDSM one. Check how people look. You'll find lots of "ugly" people there, having relationships while you don't. And there's a reason for that: They actually try.
If you just spent half the time you spend complaining on the internet in singing up for an online site and sending a couple messages...I even doubt you are ugly. You probably dress like crap and have ugly, unkept hair but that's all.
