I really need to get my hands on one of them! Preferably the Ken one, it looks badass.
Not for certain but I thought they were going to release around the same time as SF4, so mid Feb.

To the person who wanted to buy the SFIV fight pads...

If you have a PS3 I would really recommend the USB Sega Pads (you can buy it from ebay, I'm not sure if its a legitimate Sega pad or a knock off though)
So far it hasn't failed me... it works... the only gripe with the the Sega pads it feels kinda cheap (easily breakable). I had mine for about 2 months now...so far no problems. I bought 2 of them for about $35.00 off ebay...just be warned its shipping from China I believe.
I can't really go in depth on describing the pads (I suck at 2d fighters), but I just love on pure basis on nostalgia.

I have a random question...
Whats a good strat for Chun against a decent Vega player (who likes to do that one jumping cross thing alot)?
i need money...

If I remember correctly doesn't Chun have an upward leg kick thing that she does. I apologize for not recalling it's name. Anytime Vega users go to the air, you need to do an aerial attack that goes up.... think Ken/Ryu/Akuma dragonpunch. I know Dee Jay has an upward kick thing, as does Cammy with thrust kick, and Fei Long as does Guile with the flash kick. Do you get the point I am trying to make? I'm a Ken user, so anytime I see Vega going up the wall, I light his ass up with a fierce dragon punch. It works very well and keeps my opponent from trying aerial moves. Once he brings his strategy to the ground is where you throw her fireballs at him. He has no choice but to block and take some damage, or jump over them towards you and get hit again, and if he is smart to jump over them straight up, then you play the timing game by throwing fireballs at different speeds. Hope this helps you out.
