Girlracer, are you trying to have a complete NTSC-U Wii collection? Is that the final goal?

nope not trying to complete, just trying to get ones that I think I might like (or ones that may be rare). so many games are cheap right now and its only a matter of time til gamestop starts throwing out cases.

Are there any particular Wii games you are still looking for? I'd like to nab one of those Grudge copies you've got. Maybe we can make a deal.

I was able to add a few games after stopping at a Gamestop I don't get to visit normally. Added The following:

Jimmie Johnson: Anything With a Motor
PBR: Out of The Shoot
Samurai Warriors: Katana
Horse Life Adventures
Little League World Series: Double Play (own both 2008 and 2009 but the double pack seems to be harder to find)

All were complete so pretty good finds, IMO.

nhl is sealed paid $8

Little League World Series 2009 is a really fun game. I think it gets overlooked cause meh sports title...

A week or two ago I found a game I've never heard about at gamestop.

It was $6.99 so why not?

I see it was made by Valcon Games. Some of their stuff is strange, generic and different.

It looks like other basic party shooting games on the wii

Will it be worth something? I dont know, maybe you guys/gals can fill me in.

And now that I look at it online there's a bundle pack with generic shooter attachments:

Now these I have seen.

have any of you played this one?

They also have a bundle with four blasters on amazon. I'd say the four blaster one would probably be a pretty rare variant down the road since most people would probably go for the 2 blaster version or standard. That is if they actually are all packaged together they don't seem to show the box anywhere, but the fact that the 4 blasters are different colors would lead me to believe they are all packaged together and not just extra blasters tossed in with the two pack or something.

Those are kind of cool blasters, actually. I like the look of the retro shark fin. That looks like a Buck Rogers / Flash Gordon "rocket pistol".

That is why I like the Wii, there are so many games to be discovered. Sure there are a lot of shovelware, but some so inexpensive worth trying out to discover another hidden gem. Best part is Gamestop will refund used games within 7 days if you do not like it.

I have avoided housings for the Wiimote, see no advantage of them. The gun housings are the worse, the triggers push on the trigger in the Wiimote so its just a mechanical and (not electrical) connection. The plastic housing trigger against plastic Wiimote trigger rub might put wear a gap between the two. After some use might throw a slight mechanical delay.

Yesterday found 2 really beat up Wii's one of them can read the disc well it takes a minute but will go to title screen and then disc read error. The other just purely says disc read error and that one when going to wiishop says Wii shop and internet is unavailable, and sends me back to the main screen. The other one I can go to the Wii shop. I never seen that before.
My question is is there any way to save these Wii's? I already tried the "homemade" disc cleaner Thats all over YouTube and I don't have a trip wing screwdriver to open the Wii's. I don't want to kill these systems off. There on life support and I think with a little TLC they can be repaired. Any advice
