I don't get the venom towards Nintendo about the lack of stock. People say they cause shortages on purpose. Ok I'll take your word for it. I'm not a lifelong Nintendo fan. At the same time if you look at it from the perspective of corporate suits in an ivory tower somewhere in Japan, I don't think it's that sinister. They made some Amiibos, they sold well, now they're coming out with new ones. Maybe someone can explain why but it seems to me for whatever reason everyone feels like they need to tell Nintendo how to do business, when I don't see anything that unusual going on.

It's all coming off as just complaining for the sake of complaining at this point. It's been made pretty clear that these are the hot item for scalpers and collectors. Those who don't want to be a part of the insanity should just stop buying them.

On a separate note, does anyone know/ have an inkling if Bowser is going to be rare? I absolutely 100% saw a Bowser at GameStop yesterday but didn't really put two and two together that it was a new one.

Not rare at all, Bowser was one that we received 6+ at our store and are getting more in stock. Compared to Sheik, which we only received 1, you can really tell the difference. Not to mention Bowser is being released again for the Mario Party set as well.

I saw 4 at EB Games this afternoon. I doubt he will be rare.
