Goozex Opinions

Post by PGchris »

I know there are a couple Goozex users on here, and Im curious how you guys feel about it. I've had success trading some of my own games but I've spent the rest of the times waiting in queue for the games I want. Im scared I've traded away some of my good games and now Im just stuck with points that won't get me any decent games. So whats the deal, am I just being impatient, Ive only been a member for like a month but still none of the games in my queue have come available in that time, have you guys had success?

also if you havent signed up for goozex and want to try it out sign up through my referral link and you get a free $5 dollar game(as do i :D )

i have never got anything out of my points either. i registered a while back and got $10 dollars free....and all the games that say available in my cue have never amounted to squat. i really dont know if I get the whole process...and it seems like a waste of time. i have much better luck trading on forums and craigslist.

someone on here gave me an invite. I signed up, requested Namco Museum Vol. 1 for PS1 so that I could get ahold of a good Galaga port and a week later it showed up in my mailbox. So I'd say I like it.

I guess it works for common games, but yeah it takes way too long to get something decent or sought after. Also, I don't think there is a good system for people that are trading in demand games to get a higher spot in the que aka you trade a copy of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and are able to have a good spot in line for a game you want.

I've had good luck with Goozex. It's not for collectors, but folks that want to play their games. I mainly get GBA and DS games, loose to boot. getting stuff like Ecclesia or Tetris DS is not gonna happen, but other not-so wanted carts do come up.

I don't consider myself a collector but having loose games does kinda bother me, unless they are cartridges
