It's great, especially if you go into it blind. Either way, you're in for a treat.vatermuzik wrote:Gonna start FFIII (VI) for SNES today. I've been sitting on it for a couple of months now and I'm ready to dig in. Never played it. Always wanted to.
What RPG are you playing right now?

You're in for a massive treat. Every aspect of the game is awesome. I used to leave the game on for a while just listening to various pieces of music.Stickbug wrote:It's great, especially if you go into it blind. The first time I stepped into the overworld and heard Terra's theme I was blown away. Still one of my fondest retro gaming memories.MrPopo wrote: You're in for a massive treat. Every aspect of the game is awesome. I used to leave the game on for a while just listening to various pieces of music.

When I first unpacked all of my boxes after moving into my new place, I immediately hooked up my SNES and turned FFVI on, just to watch the intro. The place felt more like home as soon as I turned it on.BoneSnapDeez wrote:The first time I stepped into the overworld and heard Terra's theme I was blown away. Yes, the intro and first hour of gameplay have been great. And as destiny would have it, I got snowed in at home today.
It appears that I'll be sinking a few more hours into this beauty in between spurts of snow shovelling.

I think you may be confusing him with darsparx.
darsparx is also working on Lunar as well.

Ys VI is donesy!
Going to go back in time and play something 8-bit next. Thinking of giving Miracle Warriors a try. This is "the other" JRPG on the Master System. The one that isn't Phantasy Star. Been itching to replay Mother and Faxanadu as well.
