I agree the delay is more than acceptable. At least they are wise enough not to put dates on things to where they're almost forced to shovel out a turd. Nintendo patches are few and far between when something legitimately somehow slipped by, much like the cartridge days of old with silent 1.1 rom releases. I always have and will appreciate that about them that they don't feel the need to save money by using sucker first day buyers as guinea pigs to test their code.

Apparently Nintendo has earned 2014's Publisher of the Year award from MetaCritic. An interesting read. Paradox Interactive, Capcom and Telltale Games have slightly higher scores than Nintendo, but they are ranked as mid-sized publishers due to not releasing enough games to compete with the likes of Nintendo, Ubisoft, EA, etc.

Just goes to show what kind of year 2014 was. Nintendo was not only #1, but the only one with a green average.

Also I could have sworn Bravely Default came out in 2013... what is this, the opposite of time flying?!

It's almost funny how quickly they went from being great to jerking their fans around.

Yeah I feel like we've been hearing about Bravely Default forever.

But remember, the original Bravely Default came out in 2012 in Japan.

What we got was "Bravely Default: For the Sequel."
