What RPG are you playing right now?
Re: What RPG are you playing right now?
I'm nearly level 10 in Wasteland 2 and have some radiation protection so I can start exploring a larger part of Arizona. It really does have a gameplay that's a successor to the original Wasteland and I'm digging it. The only thing is that I'm finding it harder to keep my ammo up as compared to the original Wasteland; I think it's a combination of ammo being more expensive and enemy ammo drops being rarer.

If I'm going to be playing offline only on the Dreamcast...
Is Phantasy Star Online Ver. 2 going to be any different than the original?

I recall there (might) be a PC version out there with a lot of the quests from console exclusives hacked in for offline... that might be your best bet for the most gameplay.

Dragon Quest V SFC
Or at least I will soon. It was great on DS, can't wait to see it in its original form.
Tales of Vesperia
One of my only attempts at the series.

So with Grandia complete, I said, "I'm not gonna play another RPG for a long while," and then immediately fired up Shining in the Darkness. Getting my map made and ready to go!

I have two dungeons left in Napishtim. Only been playing 60-90 minutes a day so it's taking some time.

Gonna start FFIII (VI) for SNES today. I've been sitting on it for a couple of months now and I'm ready to dig in. Never played it. Always wanted to.

I just started it up on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection(PS3) the other day. Liking it so far but man is it hard as balls at first can't wait to pick up some party members.BogusMeatFactory wrote:So with Grandia complete, I said, "I'm not gonna play another RPG for a long while," and then immediately fired up Shining in the Darkness. Yeah I beat the first, "boss," pretty quickly, around level 8. It is tough to start, but as soon as you gain your first two levels, things start to move a lot more swiftly. Keep it up as that initial difficulty level so far has long since receded.Fragems wrote:I just started it up on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection(PS3) the other day.
