At some point I found a website through these forums that I want to find again.
I think the website's had lots of black and yellow, but I could be wrong. I do remember that the pictures were in black and white, even for color games.
The website had a review for Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter and I seem to remember the writers praising the game.
The reviews were generally pretty long and detailed.
A link to it is somewhere in these forums, but I can't seem to find it. The topic title was something about gaming websites.
