I almost listed Ghostbusters for the same reason - although it's also available on other platforms, the Wii version is really different in both graphical style and gameplay. And the changes work really well in my opinion.

Wish I could comment on Prince of Persia but haven't spent any time with that game yet... one day it will happen!

Hmm. Maybe I'll hold off and think about it for a bit then. Still looks appealing, but not sure my kids are quite ready and we've got plenty of games already - so no rush to buy.

Thanks again for sharing the thoughts & opinions!

There were definitely instances where the Wii got the better multiplatform release.

You can throw Thor into the same pile where the Wii version is completely different than the PS3/360 versions and better as well.

Regarding Batman: Brave and the Bold, it is based on a show which also has two comic series based on it. All are worth checking out. The musical episode Mayhem of the Music Meister is a blast. The Music Meister is played by Neil Patrick Harris and also spawned a CD release.

As for the game if you have both the Wii and DS versions you can link them up and the person with the DS gets to be Batmite.

If you like silver age Batman, the TV show, DC comics or are just a fan of whimsy and fun I would recommend any or all of the above. We own all three seasons on DVD and watch it often. Aquaman is played perfectly and it stars a ton of 2nd and 3rd string characters, kind of like a much less serious Justice League Unlimited only not set in the Dini Universe.

I'm down for Other M making the top 30. I thought it was excellent, and it caught a lot of unnecessary flak. Was it perfect? No. Was it as bad as the Internet made it out to be? Heck no.

It's not a bad game. It is a bad Metroid game.

I picked up Trauma Team today, GameStop $8.99, and I'm looking for Ghost Squad. I still have some top 30 stuff left to get but I'm getting there.

Trauma Team is ok. Kids like it a whole lot more than me, but it's not bad. My wife actually really likes it because the kids are actually learning stuff. It is definitely different than most fare.

With six different doctors with very different gameplay, everyone is bound to like certain parts of the game more than others. For instance I really enjoyed the diagnostician and forensics stuff, but did not care for endoscopy or orthopedics. I hated the EMT first response parts, but loved the classic surgery stuff.
PLAY KING'S FIELD.

...shows what I know. I've just been listening along as they play and then i've done a few surgeries when they've gotten stuck. The surgeries got more and more complicated and intense - but it seemed a bit repetitive after an hour. I didn't realize it had all the other options.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that if I could skip the awful cutscenes, Other M would be my second favorite Metroid game. Yeah, really. I love the gameplay here.

I notice that wii sports and wii sports resort are both on the list. I disagree with that becuase resort completely supercedes the original wii sports. All five original sports are still available on wii sports resort.
