Surely ebay most have a way to report illegal items.

They do have a way to report individual items, but it looks like all I can do is flag an individual item as a possible counterfeit, and that's it. I don't think it would give me a chance to say why. Seems like it's just a flag, and then they might look the item. Based on looking at stuff on the ebay discussion boards, it seems like they don't even take any counterfeit item reports seriously at all, unless the copyright holder themselves bring it up through some other program they have called VeRO. I am beginning to think there's just not much I can do about it :/ I think even if I reported it to nintendo, they wouldn't do anything about it because it's an old game on an old system.

EDIT: actually it looks like I could give reasons if I wanted to, but like I said it seems like they don't take user reports of counterfeit items seriously. :/
